Valley Interfaith Promise (VIP) is an unique sheltering program for eligible local homeless children and their families. VIP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-denominational organization that began in October 2006.
VIP coordinates and facilitates shelter, transportation, meals, and support services through a generous network of local church congregations. The goal is to assist the whole family from homelessness and to permanent housing and employment.
In 2013, 74% of the families succeeded in reaching their goals while hosting a record number of families.
